One of the most beautiful rock castles is located by Česká silnice, north direction from village Vysoká Lípa, by the red mark leading to Malá Pravčická brána. It used to be a castle founded in the 13th century, owned by the Berka’s family. At the beginning of the 15th century is was pledged to the Vartenberk’s, and it played a part in the wars between the Vartenberk’s, Saxony, and Lusatia. In early 16th century it became dilapidated and it ceased to exist. There is a wonderful outlook to countryside from Šauštejn, with dominating Růžový vrch.
